Research Lead, Securing Frontier AI

* In this role, you'll lead RAND's frontier AI security research agenda, directing projects at the intersection of AI, information security, and national security.

* Manage significant research budgets and personnel, overseeing complex technical research projects.

* Lead multidisciplinary teams to develop recommendations for government agencies and industry leaders.

* Communicate findings through policy briefs and technical analyses to diverse audiences.

* Develop threat models and identify system vulnerabilities while working in a collaborative environment.
