Operations Associate / Head of Operations

* In this role, you'll design and build operational systems that enable Evitable to deliver on its mission to raise awareness about AI dangers and prevent progress towards superintelligence.

* Establish scalable work processes and contribute to strategic planning with the CEO.

* Develop tracking systems for organizational deliverables and manage vendors/contractors.

* Help recruit the founding team and develop onboarding and training programs.

* Set up compliance systems, manage financial operations, and prepare for organizational spin-out from fiscal sponsor.
