Research Program Manager

* In this role, you'll design and manage research programs at Constellation aimed at safely navigating transformative AI.

* Lead research projects involving people management, coaching, and performance management of junior researchers.

* Collaborate with senior researchers and external partners to deliver excellent research support.

* Design multi-stakeholder initiatives to recruit, evaluate, match, and place talent in research opportunities.

* Support Constellation's efforts to place managed talent in fulltime roles matching their skills and values.
